The waitlist

Seats are limited on purpose. When one opens up, it goes to the best fit on the waitlist, not necessarily the first in line. See What makes a strong applicant? in the FAQ for what that means.

Joining the waitlist is free and non-binding.
When a seat opens, we contact waitlisted applicants in order of fit and intent.
Monthly pricing is fixed at the tier’s listed rate.

Common questions

Monthly fees are collected through Stripe at the start of each billing cycle. If a payment is late, you get a 3-day grace period with alerts paused. Seats still unpaid after 3 days are released.

PSA 8, 9, and 10. Primarily English-language cards, with some exceptions.

The goal is a small group of serious, long-term clients. pkmnbot is a better fit for some buyers than others, and a seat going to someone who can’t act on the alerts helps no one. The application is how we screen for that. When a seat opens, it goes to applicants who show they’ll actually use the tool and treat it as a real investment.

Two things: capital and availability.

—Each alert has a 3–5 minute window to place a bid
—You need to be present and ready to act during those hours

Monthly card spend minimum

—Pokémon Trainer: no minimum
—Gym Leader: $1,000/mo
—Elite Four: $2,500/mo
—Champion: $5,000/mo

These thresholds exist to make sure the subscription can pay for itself.

Gym Leader and above each get a unique alert, so no two clients in the same tier ever bid on the same card. The Pokémon Trainer tier is a shared chat where everyone sees the same alerts. Seat limits across all tiers keep the alerts worth acting on and the client relationships manageable on both sides.

Yes. When a seat opens in a higher tier, existing clients in good standing get priority over waitlisted applicants. Good standing means paying on time and keeping things professional. Reach out and we’ll sort it out.

Yes. Seats are revoked for non-payment, though you keep access through the end of your billing period. Unprofessional behaviour is also grounds for removal.

Billing is month-to-month. Cancel any time before your next cycle and you won’t be charged again. There’s no lock-in, so no refund requests are needed.
