Four tiers, each with its own discount band. The Pokémon Trainer tier is a shared Telegram chat — all subscribers see the same alerts and compete on speed. Gym Leader and above receive unique, per-seat alerts so no two members in the same tier ever bid on the same card. Higher tiers unlock deeper discounts and are built for buyers with more capital to deploy. Lit badges are taken — greyed badges are open seats.

The waitlist

Seats are limited by design. When a seat opens up, it goes to the best applicant on the waitlist, not necessarily the first. See What makes a strong applicant? in the FAQ for what that means.

  • Joining the waitlist is free and non-binding.
  • When a seat opens, waitlisted applicants are contacted in order of fit and intent.
  • Monthly pricing is fixed at the tier’s listed rate. No surprises.

Common questions


Monthly fees are collected via Stripe at the start of each billing cycle. There’s a 3-day grace period if payment is late, and alerts are paused during that window. Seats that remain unpaid after 3 days are released.
PSA 8, 9, and 10. Primarily English-language cards, with some exceptions.
The goal is a small group of serious, long-term clients. Some prospective clients may not benefit from pkmnbot as much as others. A deal where a client can’t realistically maximize their return isn’t in anyone’s interest. The application is a chance to screen for that fit. When a seat opens, preference goes to applicants who demonstrate they’ll use the tool actively and treat it as a real investment.

Two things: capital and availability.

Monthly card spend minimum

These thresholds exist to ensure you can generate a meaningful return on your subscription.

Seat limits across all tiers exist to keep signal quality high and relationships manageable on both sides.
Yes. When a seat opens in a higher tier, existing clients get priority over waitlisted applicants, as long as they’re in good standing, meaning paying on time and maintaining a professional working relationship. Reach out and we’ll work it out.
Yes. Seats are revoked for non-payment. You retain access through the end of your billing period. Unprofessional behaviour is also grounds for removal.
Billing is month-to-month. Cancel anytime before your next cycle and you won’t be charged again. No lock-in, no refund requests needed.
